Terms and conditions

A contract is formed when we confirm that payment has been received and the order is accepted. Adding an item to the cart or reaching the checkout page is not an accepted order.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are calculated on our server. If a price changes after an item is in your cart, we show the new total and ask you to confirm it before payment.

Title in the goods passes when the full price has been paid and the goods are delivered. Risk passes on delivery to the address you give us.

Product descriptions are limited to information we have verified or clearly marked as a supplier or manufacturer statement. Illustrations are labelled as illustrations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. They do not exclude rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
