Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Goods we sell come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Those guarantees sit with us, the seller.

To ask for a remedy, use the contact form or returns@remotevacuum.com.au. Include the order number and what went wrong. Photographs help. Where the law says we cover return freight for a faulty robot, you do not pay it.
