How an order will work

Free shipping, after we know the shipment.

When a product is released, delivery in Australia is free to the customer. We pay the carrier. We do not print a delivery date until the supplier’s dispatch time and the transit service are both known.

What is confirmed today

  • Seven listings now have the supplier name, variant, specifications and photographs from the open Alibaba page.
  • Listing 1601794338825 still returns Alibaba’s 404 page, so that record has no model.
  • The prices on those pages were shown for delivery to Thailand. Australian retail prices and checkout stay off until freight to Australia is quoted.

Questions worth asking before you pay anyone

Why is checkout closed?

Payment opens per product only after the supplier, landed cost, Australian freight and condition have been checked. A $500 contribution margin also has to remain after payment fees and a returns allowance.

Do you ship free within Australia?

That is the offer for products we release for sale. It is not a promise that an unconfirmed supplier shipment is free or immediate.

Are the prices GST-inclusive?

GST registration has not been confirmed, so prices are not advertised as GST-inclusive. The pricing settings record the treatment an administrator confirms.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout is a guest checkout. You will need an email address so we can send order messages.

Can I collect the product?

No pickup address is offered. We do not publish a warehouse or shopfront.

Contact is by email and the enquiry form. No street address, ABN or Australian warehouse is published because none has been supplied. Payments, when checkout is open, are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never store card numbers. Product photographs are from the supplier listings. Other diagrams are original drawings.
