Privacy

We collect the name, email, phone if you provide it, and Australian delivery address needed to fulfil an order or answer an enquiry. Payment card numbers and security codes are entered with Stripe or PayPal. We do not store them on this site.

Order records are kept so we can deliver, refund and meet tax and consumer-law duties. Enquiry records are kept so we can reply. We do not sell personal information.

Optional first-party analytics, if you accept them, store an event name, page path and product identifier. They do not store your name, address or payment details. Marketing email is sent only if you tick the separate consent box. Order messages are transactional and are not marketing.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Payment providers receive the amount and the details their checkout needs. To ask for access or correction, email hello@remotevacuum.com.au.
