Shipping and delivery

Delivery to Australian street addresses is included in the price. There is no freight line at checkout.

After payment you receive an order confirmation, then tracking when the carrier collects the robot.

Remote and island addresses are delivered. Allow extra time beyond Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

If a carrier misses a scan, email the order number to orders@remotevacuum.com.au and we will chase it.
