Solar panel cleaning robots

Questions for residential and commercial arrays before hiring or buying a panel-cleaning robot.

Match the brush or track to the module width, frame height and tilt. A robot built for a ground-mount row can be the wrong tool on a tiled roof.

Ask whether it cleans dry, with water, or both, and what water pressure and volume it needs. Roof work still needs fall protection and, where the array is live, a competent electrical approach. Remote Vacuum will not claim a robot suits every Australian array.
